1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Greatest Comebacks Daily (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Greatest Comebacks Daily is a daily audio storytelling app that delivers narrated true stories of real historical figures who overcame impossible odds. The App provides one new story per day, with audio narration and synchronized text. Access to the full story library requires an active subscription.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Greatest Comebacks Daily offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: $6.99/month with a 7-day free trial
- Annual: $49/year with a 7-day free trial
All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
4. Free Tier
Non-subscribed users may access the daily story each day at no cost. Access to the full story library, including past stories and browsing by category, requires an active subscription.
5. Content Ownership
All stories, narrations, text, audio files, and other content provided through the App are the intellectual property of Greatest Comebacks Daily. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or publicly perform content from the App
- Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
8. Disclaimers
The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Stories are based on historical events but may include narrative interpretation for storytelling purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greatest Comebacks Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
